Did you eat something this morning? If not, you should. Your brain needs food to function.
Are you hydrated? If not, you definitely should. Your skin will benefit, and so will the whole of your body when you hydrate. Think of it as nature’s bodily flush.
How about your meds? Did you take your meds? Your mom definitely recommends that you do. And your internet mom definitely took hers. I get it, pill fatigue is real, but your body needs those meds to function at its best, so make sure you continue to take them.
How’d you sleep last night? Couldn’t shut your brain off? Did you have a bad or weird dream? I feel you. I would love one night where I sleep 7-8 hours—productive, no medication required, sleep. We can dream, right?
Wait, you look a little off… are you worried about something? Is there anything I can do to help? Even if you just need to shoot off an email response to this email, you should do it. I’ll read it. I’ll respond. Because I understand that getting these fears out really can help.
